Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a typical tool only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is included without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domain names in a single web hosting account. This is achievable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other web hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Domains Hosted 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available hosting CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names under one single hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces do not present such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and therefore they need 2 autonomous hosting account logins: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web page administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel platforms work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
